DBK -DIFFUSION CELL APPARATUS is made of mild steel duly epoxy coated with stainless steel top. Perspex bath with heater is provided above the stirrer. There is provision to hold 6 Nos. Diffusion Cell vessels of 20ml capacity in side the bath. Temp. range is above  amb. up to 40.0°C controlled by digital PID temp. controller.  PT-100 sensor is used for better accuracy. A circulator is provided for uniformity of temp. in the bath. Magnetic stirrer is provided to all Diffusion Cell vessels with Individual electronic speed controller, Individual On/Off switch  & Digital Speed Indicator with selector switch. Supplied with Teflon coated Magnetic bit of 5mm Dia X 10 mm L with ring & Glass Diffusion Cell 6 Nos.

DIGITAL ANTIBIOTIC ZONE READER  (10 AZR 02)  HSN Code – 9031 8000,      GST – 18%        DBK DIGITAL ANTIBIOTIC ZONE READER determines strength of antibiotic materials by measuring diameters from 0 to 75.0 mm of inhibited zones in Petri dishes.
Agar in Petri dish is inoculated with bacteria.Then, sensitivity discs are dispensed onto dish. After incubation, bacterial growth covers dish except for circular inhibited zone around each disc.  Zone diameter is a function of antibiotic strength.  Light from base passes up through transparent and semitransparent portions of agar. Adjust the Intensity of the light source by ‘Bright’ Knob on the panel as per the requirement. Usually low intensity for Zone of Inhibition & High Intensity for Zone of Exhibition. Adjustable rubber belt sliding, facilitates positioning of dish relative to light source.  Light then passes to reflecting mirror which reflects image on Viewing Glass with horizontal line mark on it.  Arc from one edge of circle zone is adjusted tangent with line on Viewing Glass by the ‘Slider Knob’. Push  “ ZERO” switch on the front panel to get the reading Zero on digital display. Then Entire dish is to be moved  by turning ‘Slider Knob’ until arc from opposite side of inhibited zone is brought tangent to same line.  Take down the reading from the digital display.

DBK MAGNETIC STIRRER is Compact, Continuous Duty, Stainless Steel 304 top Solid state motorised magnetic stirrer used to mix watery liquid. This variable speed magnetic stirrer has maintenance freeBrushless Electronic Motor with Digital Controller having facility of soft start & restart. Soft start facility increases the speed of rotation gradually, which does not allow  teflon magnetic bit to slip from its centre & to prevent splashes on start-up. Restart switch is provided to bring the teflon stirring bit at the centre. Speed is variable upto 800 RPM depending on load. Digital Preset Timer of 1 min to 99Hour : 59 Minutes is provided to switch off the stirring after preset time. Stirrer can be operated continuously with out timer.
