DBK DEFOAMING TEST SHAKER is used for testing the foaming characteristics and chemical investigations.  Electrically driven noiseless motor housed in M.S. body duly powder coated, with two side arm shafts fitted with suitable clamps to hold the flask. Oscillation is controlled by variable speed regulator up to 300 RPM. The speed of the shaker is directly displayed on digital display. Digital preset timer stops the shaker motor and starts counting up to observe the De-foaming time.

Fix block made of aluminium with holes suitable for vials of diameter 22.5mm x 80 mm Ht.  Double wall construction with thermal insulation. Outer chamber made of mild steel duly coated. The PID Temp. controller with PT-100 sensor is provided to control the block temp. accurately. A lid is provided to the block. 

A variable speed BRUSHLESS motor is used for long duty operation.  Shaking speed can be varied  from 100  to 500 orbital strokes per minutes. Electronic solid state speed Indicator / controller with unique smooth mechanism is provided for good torque. Orbit diameter is 5mm.approx. Unidirectional Shaking remains ON & OFF for pre selected fix time duration ( 30 Sec ON & 5 Sec off).
